What this portal is
The FASTag Statement Portal shows toll transactions for a vehicle across more than one issuing bank, in a single format, on screen or as a CSV or PDF statement. It is operated privately and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any bank, NHAI, NPCI, or the FASTag programme.
What it holds
The portal stores only what is entered through its administration console: a vehicle registration number, the phone number registered against it, an account holder's name and contact details, and the toll transactions themselves -- date, time, plaza, lane, amount, and running balance.
Nothing is collected automatically from visitors. There are no analytics, no advertising, and no tracking cookies. A session cookie is set only after an administrator signs in, and it holds nothing but the fact of that sign-in.
Who can see a statement
A statement is only returned when the vehicle number and the phone number registered against it are both given and both match. Neither alone is enough.
Google Drive
When the operator has configured it, a copy of each generated PDF statement is saved to one folder in the operator's own Google Drive, as an archive.
This uses the Google Drive API under the drive.file scope, which grants this application access only to the files it creates itself. It cannot read, list, modify, or delete anything else in that Google account's Drive. No Google account data is read, and nothing from Drive is ever shown on this site or passed to anyone else.
The authorisation can be withdrawn at any time from the Google account's permissions page at myaccount.google.com/permissions, which stops any further copies being saved.
Who else receives data
Nobody. Data is not sold, rented, shared, or handed to any third party. The only external service involved is Google Drive, and only for the archive described above.
The site is hosted on Vercel, which necessarily processes ordinary web request data such as IP addresses in order to serve the page.
How long it is kept
Transactions stay until an administrator deletes them through the console. Archived PDFs stay in the Google Drive folder until deleted from that Drive.
Getting data removed
Write to ssssanthu32144@gmail.com and say which vehicle number is involved. Records for that vehicle, and any statements archived for it, will be deleted.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top of this page changes with it.
